Here is a simple widget to play Air America Radio via its RealAudio stream.
Thanks go to Justin Stach for giving me permission to blatantly rip-off his Radio 4 widget as a template.
Important: Since this widget plays a Real Audio stream, you must install Real Player before using it. You can get a free version from www.real.com. Look for the blue "RealPlayer - Free" button in the top right hand corner of Real's website.
Download Air America Radio Widget
Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger is required. If you're using Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget's icon in the Widget Bar to open it. If you're using a browser other than Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. Then show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget's icon in the Widget Bar to open it.
Enjoy the widget, and enjoy Air America Radio.
